A website in a week. A working app in a month. One fixed price.
Agencies quote $15,000 to $40,000 and 3 to 6 months for a basic app. I build the same thing in 30 days for $7,500, and a five page site in 5 business days for $2,500. You know the price and the date before you say yes.
Start a project See the packagesThree packages. No hourly billing.
Every package is a fixed scope at a fixed price. Half is due to start, half on delivery. If you want more than the scope, we price the addition before I build it.

How it works
Four steps. You spend about 2 hours total across the whole project.
Tell me what you need
A 10 minute intake form. Multiple choice beside every question, so it is quick.
Scope and price, in writing
Within 1 business day you get a one page scope, the price, and the delivery date.
I build, you watch it take shape
A working preview link from day 2. You comment, I change it. No surprises at the end.
Live, and yours
Your domain, your accounts, your code. You own everything the day the final payment clears.
Built the same way, and live today
I run these products myself. Same tools, same standards, same person.
The Quadrant Company
A paid course and membership app for healthcare leaders. Accounts, Stripe checkout, an AI tutor, an audio story mode, six chapters.
thequadco.aiSwampCast
A Florida Gators show site with episodes, a live prediction model for all 138 college football teams, and a ticket price tracker.
swampcastpod.comBar Ellington
A premium cocktail app with 198 recipes, a photo for every drink, and an AI bar director that reads what is on your shelf.
Ask for a previewWho this is for
Owners who know what they want and do not want to run a software project to get it.
Physician practices and clinics
A site that books appointments and answers the questions your front desk repeats all day. Contact requests only, never patient records.
Bars and restaurants
A menu people can read on a phone, reservations, events, and a place to sell gift cards.
Podcasters and creators
A home for every episode, a way to take members, and pages that load in under a second.
Professional services
Advisors, trainers, consultants. A site that turns a referral into a booked call.
Who is building it
I am Ellington Jones. I lead surgical service lines at a hospital system by day. At night I build and launch my own products with AI engineering tools that turn a clear brief into working software in days.
That is the whole trick. I am one experienced operator with a modern toolkit, no agency overhead, and no reason to pad a timeline. You get the executive who writes the scope and the builder who delivers it, and they are the same person.
I take 2 projects a month so every one gets finished. If the calendar is full, the intake form tells you the next open date.
Questions people ask first
What if I need more than 5 pages, or more than one AI feature?
Tell me in the intake. I price the addition before I build it, in writing, and the delivery date moves only if the scope does. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Do I own the code and the accounts?
Yes. The domain, the hosting account, the code and the content are yours on final payment. You can leave at any time and take everything with you.
What do you need from me?
Your words and photos if you have them, a logo if you have one, and about 2 hours of your attention across the project. If you have none of those, the intake has a box for that too.
Can the site or app handle patient information?
No. Practice sites take contact and appointment requests only. Anything that stores patient records needs a different kind of build and a signed agreement, and I will say so up front rather than build it wrong.
What happens after delivery?
A site gets 2 weeks of fixes included. An app gets 30 days. After that the Care Plan covers hosting, updates and one change a week for $250 a month, and you can cancel any month.
Who actually does the work?
I do. I write the scope, build with AI engineering tools I use every day, test it, and deliver it. No handoff to a junior developer, no offshore team.
